Mammy and Aunt Nan came to visit us in Holland for a few weeks. mammy got here 5 days before Aunt Nan and every minute was filled with tons of fun.

This is our new dutch bike set up with both kids! We love it and I really love having them both on with me, although we are the only ones in our village who wear helmets! We get lots of funny looks!
Our village had a fun fall festival in the centrum and we couldn't resist the yummy belgian waffles!
They have a horse show at the festival and of course this caught my Mom's eye!
We even got to spend a Sunday afternoon on a ride through the country...english style!
After the ride we had dutch pancakes and limonata!

We visited Antwerp
The day Mammy arrived we took her to a cute village near us called Huesden for a quick tour and pancakes.

On Mammy's second day we drove an hour and a half to the beach outside Den Hague

The day Nancy arrived Mom and I drove up to pick her up, no kids!, and then drove up to Volendam and took the ferry from there to Marken. Two cute dutch fishing villages.

We didn't want the jet lag to set in for Nancy so then we drug her 4 kilometers to Edam, on of the yummy cities of cheese!
Over the weekend we went apple picking and then had pancakes at the pancake house in Eindhoven.

nancy hadn't seen Kinderdijk so we had to take her there!
K rode his bike for the first time at the windmills...huge help for all the walking we have to do there.
I had to make sure Nancy took a ride on a dutch bike loaded with kids! She did great!
