Will and Tammy

Will and Tammy are here for two weeks to visit us and also tour around SE Asia. We just got back from a long weekend to Thailand and now they will be heading to Bintan, Indonesia. It has been great having them here we and we will be sad to see them go in a week! Stay tuned for pictures of Thailand!

Chinatown

We accomplished a lot in the 3 days we had in Singapore before we left for Thailand. When they arrived we headed straight to town to do some sight seeing ending our day at Clarke Quay where we met Travis for dinner. Will and Tammy got a full dose of the hot and humid Singapore climate!
The pictures above were from our tea demonstration with lunch and a tour of the chinese temple where they made Tammy and I cover our bare skin!

Golfing in Singapore

Travis and a coworker invited me to join them on Friday for a morning round of golf. I have not golfed for a couple of years so I was a bit nervous to join but they managed to talk me into it. I am glad they did because I had a wonderful time. The whole golf expereince is much different in Singapore than any I am used to. We arrived at the golf club at 7:00am to check in and get our lockers to change and put on our golf shoes. Then we headed off to breakfast and much needed coffee. Our tee time was 7:38am which started our 4.5 hours of relaxing golf and beautiful scenery. When we were finished we immediately sat down for lunch and then a nice cold shower. It was a great day!
