First tooth and doctors appointment!
Kaelan got his first tooth yesterday and I'm not quite sure how I feel about it! He has been sucking his hands and drooling like crazy for the last month...sure signs that I was trying to ignore. The final clue was the fact that it has been three weeks since we came home from the US but he has still been waking up 3-4 times a night. In my exhaustion yesterday I checked again for teeth and low and behold there was a tinny, white, sharp tooth on the lower left side. Way to go K-man...but you are growing a little too fast for your mamma!
Doctors appointment. The day after we discovered K's tooth and became aware of the discomfort it was causing, he had a doctors appointment for a check-up and shots. He was due for 2 shots. The first one was not that bad but he did cry a little after it was all done. The second one is known to be painful because it is administered just barely below the skin and he let us know he felt every bit of it! Poor little guy. Not only did the shot hurt and his teeth hurt but he was due for a feeding and a nap. He was such a trooper.

Cute post! Elli doesn't even have a tooth yet at 8 mos. K is pretty early in that dept. Is the immunization schedule the same in Singapore as it is in America? Just curious...
