7am Super Bowl Party!

Funny thing about living in Singapore is the early, or middle of the night football games! The superbowl is always around 7am on Monday morning so the guys come ready for work, sipping starbucks and eating breakfast! If you want to watch the game that's how it works around here! I love it!

Quick recap of our USA trip

We had a great time visiting family and friends while we were in the US. We miss you all very much and are so thankful for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you. I know there were many people we didn't get to see or even see enough but hopefully we can work it out for next time.
Kaelan and I had a good trip home. I say good but I really mean bearable. When is flying across the globe with a one year old good?!! We made it and I'm so glad it's over!! He is an excellent traveler and I'm really proud of him but he is not so good with jet lag. So far we have had 2 very hard nights. Yuck. We will see what tonight brings!
Please see our quick photo tour of our US trip below!

Kaelan's first Haircut!

After we returned to Idaho from Ohio we decided it was time to give K a haircut. His long mohawk look just wasn't doing it for him! He looks like such a big boy now and I can hardly stand it! What a cutie though...reminds me of his bald days!

Hanna Family

What a wonderful family! We have had a great time with my family, even under difficult circumstances. My Grandma Hanna, my last living grandparent, died last Friday and because Travis and I were in the USA it made it easy for us to fly over. It was hard to say goodbye to her and I will miss her dearly but I know she is in Jesus' loving arms and is free from pain forever. Over the last few days we have been celebrating her life and having a great time with our family. The above picture was taken on Monday night and includes all 6 aunts and uncles with their spouses, all but 1 of the 15 cousins and most of their spouses and children.

Playing in the SNOW!

Last Monday we woke up to about 2 inches of snow! What a wonderful way to be greeted by the day! It is now Sunday and the snow has stayed around and been added to making about 4 inches total. Travis has had to shovel the snow 4 or five times now and he is loving every minute. What a beautiful season!
